The World Week of Italian Cuisine for the first time in Khanh Hoa Province.

This is the result of a wonderful international co-operation between Khanh Hoa tourism industry and the Consulate General of Italy. The long-expected event took place on 25 November 2019. The Italian Masterclass and Tasting received the support by the People’s Committee, involved departments and the local Nha Trang hospitality industry. Chefs and mixologists from the renowned 4- and 5-star hotels took part in this event.

We are proud that we could bring this international format event to Nha Trang for the first time.

As part of the global series “World Week of Italian Cuisine” the Masterclass and Tasting “Jewels of Italian Cuisine” came to Nha Trang. Its goal was to help the local industry learn and understand more about Italian cuisine.

Providing Italian cuisine is key to developing a tourism industry according to highest international standards.
