What is tandem training?
People from different cultures have divergent perceptions on how roles at work should be played. Our tandem training is designed for 2+ people with 2+ different cultural backgrounds working together in compatible roles. This form of intercultural training aims to align their mutual expectations to better achieve goals - together.
Examples for compatible roles:
