The Consulate General of Italy decided to start its operations outside the big cities Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to built up reputation of Italien food also in the smaller towns.
Culture Bridge consulted the Consulate General to add Nha Trang and the Khanh Hoa Province to run this world class event for the first time and brought together Mr. Dante Brandi, Consul General of Italy in Ho Chi Minh City, and the provincial decision makers.
